Prints will take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
36x55cm prints are loosely rolled into a 6″ square box and sent by 1st Class £5.00.
55x76cm prints are sent by Parcelforce £8.00.
Original paintings are sent by courier.
Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with all packaging intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
In the event of Christopher Tate Art sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 21 days. Christopher Tate Art reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for the replacement item for you if you do not return the original item to us within 21 days of the date on which Christopher Tate Art confirms we will issue a replacement.
If you have paid by Bank Transfer and wish to receive a refund we will either send you a cheque or initiate a bank transfer to your account. In the latter case you will need to send us your account details. Please note we can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.
We suggest that you use recorded delivery for your returns and enclose your name, address and the reason you are returning the products.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The website automatically checks item availability before we forward you to the payment pages. However, as a matter of human or technical error it may happen that you pay for an item which has already been sold. We will issue a full refund the same day or the next working day.
